What are you asking? How to get more leads?

$100 per lead? You'd better have a good closing rate and expect to have a great lead.

I've paid $247 per lead before. Let me explain. Trade show - all in, about $5-$7k. Collect emails from trade show. Autoresponder --> assessment. Now we are in the sales cycle and I have a lead, from a prospect. I will get about 5 leads from 100 prospects in this system. We will close 1-3 clients. ROI is determined, giving a cost per lead which is about $250. BUT IM in control of the system.

Are you paying $100 for a 'confirmed' appointment with a qualified buyer? in other words, the buyer knows why they are meeting and expecting to make a decision in the near future with someone. If this is the case, you should close 30% of those leads.

Client acquisition costs will net you about $300 + sales commission (unless this is you).

Sounds fair, providing the leads are appointments that are set, confirmed with a specific time AND the buyer is well qualified and educated on the meeting at hand.
