OFFLINE MARKETING

I have written a series of 5 reports designed to educate business owners on the importance of engaging their customers through interactive conversations.

I am looking for some feedback / reviews of my first report.

You really ought to put this up without the opt-in. Add that later after you've gotten the feedback.

It was a quick and easy read.

The first point connected with the title, but the rest not so much.

Trying to read it as a business owner who's new to IM, it was a friendly enough intro to you. However, I didn't get much actionable content out of it (hard to "turn my dial up to 11").
