NEED SEO HELP (PROPOSAL)

I was wondering where in the forum someone goes about getting professional SEO proposal templates done, that will not kill the checkbook. Was hoping my fellow WFers. I know there are good invoicing options out there, but I was hoping to find something that is SEO(ish) and more proposal-based as I still have to impress a client who has already agreed to a deal in principle.

Hopefully someone reading this has made an SEO proposal or billed someone for SEO that is willing to sell me his version?

Thanks guys.

Go WF!

    Wow.
    No response yet.
I was hoping that after a day or 2 somebody will give an answer.
Or maybe there is already a post about this.

Possibly companies will not share their professionally used templates with you !

A freelance or some proposal creator can do hopefully... but may take time for this to get response here !

Why should someone give you their proposal templates to you?
BTW what is unique in your SEO, is it the same as others are
offering? or you have anything different?

This is a tool I used in the past and is decent, if not extra-ordinary.

      Webris,

Just wanted to take a second and say great share! THIS is what success looks like. THIS is all the detail and information needed in a presentation that not only gets the job done but looks good doing it.

Professionalism has to start from the very beginning and carry through all aspects of communication and interaction with prospects and clients alike. Its documents like this that separate YOU from your competitors!

Just a word of warning to some of the newer folks.

The document shared by Webris is great BUT it is absolutely NOT a substitute for being good at what you do, taking time to understand the business and actually being able to deliver value.

I have been handed many 30+ page proposals in meetings and asked how do you compare etc.. After 30 minute discussions and a handshake I have been given the work over and over again. I have done very large deals with 3 to 5 page documents and MANY with zero documentation. They pay monthly, I do NOT lock them in and if they are unhappy we part ways.

I am all for being professional but just want to make sure if you are new to this you do not get lost in focusing more on paperwork than you should.

      Peter,

Absolutely agree, the paper work is a crutch at best. AT BEST. but if you are going to use the crutch it needs to look its best. I also agree that a great amount of time should not be spent on paperwork. However, spending the time and resources to ensure that anything that is transferred or communicated to a prospect or client is unified in look and appearance as well as in message.

absolutely agree. my general rule is if you are going to do it, do it bloody well
only reason I made the comment is because people come in, take a little piece and think its the entire puzzle lol

then they come back in a month and say that piece they took is flawed.

agree with everything you guys are saying. it's similar to website design - you can have a world class website but if you don't deliver on the back end, it's useless.

we're really ******* good at what we do and we want to reflect that in every aspect of our business. the proposal doesn't MAKE you better, but it helps (trust me).
