Whats the best way to set up an editable PDF so that a client can easily and quickly and without using other software/tools add names/addresses to a 3-4 page brochure and send them out by mail/email

Cheers

There was such a feature in Adobe Acrobad Pro, I remember using it a few months ago. Used it to include form fields which the client can fill-in and send across.

Yes, you can do this in Acrobat Pro. They can fill it out and email it back to you.

    I use Foxit PhantomPDF (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/).

If you use Adobe Reader, I recommend switching to Foxit PDF Reader or one of the many other alternatives. They're all blazing fast, more secure, and not bloated. You'll thank me later (seriously)!

If you have full version of latest acrobat reader in your system then you can edit any pdf which are available on your local machine. So Just install full version and licenced version of acrobat reader for it.

    Hi there,

If you're on a Mac you can use PDFPen Pro to do this also, but I would recommend Acrobat X.

There's also a bunch of Fiverr gigs that can help you with this too.

    All the best,

    Sasha.
