2 Examples of Compliance and Consistency

2 concepts, Frame Control and
Consistency.
A client pointed out 2 examples
of this he witnessed in his workplace.
First was his boss who told him 2 Gentlemen
were from Google when they weren't.
She handed over a check for $500 for photos
to be taken and listed on Google's website.
When told what they were going to be doing and how easy
and little time it will take to get it done, she totally justified
it and cut the person off telling her.
She complied to Authority and was Consistent to her
decision.
Google to her was the Authority.
Another example in same workplace.
A staff member will pay over $11,000
for a $5,000 car. The interest rate is about
24% on her loan.
When co-workers pointed out her mistake and
the valid alternatives, she shot them all
down.
She had to be Consistent with her initial decision.
Observing Frame Control and Consistency in other
peoples' interaction is fascinating.
So much so I've guided him to use this to kill his day job.
