Where do I start when looking to outsource data searching

Hey Everyone,

(Long time reader, first time poster here so please let me know if I am not posting in the right spot)

I am looking to outsource some work and I am having a hard time finding where to start. What I need is someone to do whois.net searches for hundreds of entries. And I am not just looking for bulk domain availability, I need to actually pull admin names and addresses off the page and put them in an Excel file.

I was thinking that there has to be a way to outsource the work, or a script/program that can do this for me. This is my first time outsourcing work so even the most basic information would be a great help. Thank you!
