A client is looking for an iPad app

I have a computer client looking for an ipad app that will do an invoice for a client, allow the client to sign on the ipad, then email a copy to the client. I suggested Paypal, but he said he wasn't going to collect money with Paypal.

    Your client can send the invoice, their customer can sign it electronically, then a copy is emailed to all parties.

    Not sure if that's what you were looking for or not, and not sure if they have an iPad app.
