I'm making a video to send in follow-up emails to businesses that I cold call. The objective is to get my foot in the door with these companies by selling them a mobile website. My video shows their website on a mobile phone and demonstrates the difficulty using it from such a small screen. I then go on to quote some poll results from google:
- 52% of users said that a bad mobile experience made them less likely to engage with a company
- 48% said that if a site didn't work well on their smartphones, it made them feel like the company didn't care about their business

"Is that the impression you would like to leave on your customer base? Wouldn't you like your website site to reflect the professionalism of your company?"
|
And I proceed to show them how their website COULD look on a mobile device.
My concern is the tone of what I've written. I want to trigger some pain in the prospects, but not insult them or get their backs up.
What do you think?
