Just a quick question:

Does anyone know of a WordPress Plugin that will automatically send posts to an email list when a new post is made?

    I am thinking that is as much as an RSS feed wont do what you are asking it will probably get the job done. Save the e-mailing for once or twice a week and add snippets of your new content there to stay in touch with your list vs bothering them 4 times a day!

    If you have a list with one of the major auto responder services they usually have a newsletter feature that lets you connect to your WordPress site. I know Aweber does and that's what I use.

      Thanks for the responses, but I want something as simple as when I make a post, once or twice a week at the most it just automatically emails the post to a list -- that simple.

      If there isn't such a beast I may have one made .

        That's exactly what I'm referring to. Setup a news letter in your auto responder, most will even let you choose a template. Provide your WP login details, let it authorize, then set the post frequency which determines how many posts you need to make before the mail/news letter is sent to your list. It's probably easier to set up then a wp plugin. Mine took me 5 minutes, now every 3rd post I make my news letter is sent to my list.
