Search online and find lots of live chat software. But, I personally use eAssistance Pro live chat from 5 months for online customer support service on website. It's worth for my website and online business.

I would suggest livezilla, its easy to setup IMO and I use it for all my client websites, they also provide one free operator as well. The snippets also that are available are pretty cool, there are buttons, side floating buttons, and a "real time" chat box on the bottom right feature.

Hi Kevin,

you can search through Google and find list of websites who are providing such services and many have almost same features so before choosing one check reviews of them and see who has good customer support.

I am using live2support chat plugin for my website to monitor my site and chat with real time visitor. Their customer support is available 24/7 and always full fills all the queries.

Used Olark, Zopim and a couple others. I don't require anything fancy, but it has to look good, and have all time simple functions you'd expect. It is paid mind you, and can be checked out here: » WordPress Live Chat.
