Cold calling lead lists

I am going to give cold calling another try. Where do you suggest getting lead lists for offline businesses?

I thought you were doing good with phone sales. Why did you ever quit?

... or am I thinking of someone else?

It doesn't have to be for offline businesses. I use InfoUSA for direct marketing, but do NOT take them up on their first offer. They'll budge a bit on price.

Start with your local library. Most of then subscribe to ReferenceUSA. You can get up to 250 leads per download for free.

If you want to get your own leads, you'd need to get a scraper like Localizer Leads Tool that used to be offered through WSO in the past.

No it's not! I do this stuff every day. Manta's free listing shows up for clients like on the middle of the 2nd page and often worse and if you want to buy leads they get for you, be prepared to not only pay high dollars for each lead, but the fake leads your competitors manifest through themselves or their buddies. LOL!

Though it hugely depends upon the industry you are targeting, but that's not an issue. What you need is targeted lists specific to the place &/or industry you are targeting. Now if there was a way to get the list having Business name, Owner's/contact's name, direct e-mail and phone number, website (if any) and physical address, then it would be awesome. Kinda like what Manta gives.

But Manta is not all. There are other directories like YP, yellow pages, Google places and tens of other sources to get the data. Only that they don't give the data in sheets. BUT WE DO that at investigatedomains. com

Nice clean, made to order and most times virgin sheets as above. You can contact me anytime for more assistance.

And web scraping is not all that difficult. I could even teach you how to scrape and generate paying leads off the web.
