Testing headlines with cheap traffic, fine tuning with high quality traffic?

Hi,
I need to test at least 10 headlines,
Is it possible to test it with cheap non targeted traffic, just to see the ranking, I just need to know which 3 are the best. The CTR will be different for high quality traffic, but the ranking should stay the same. If I have 3 winners, then I can make the fine tuning with more expensive traffic.
Has somebody tried it already? Is there another way how to test everything inexpensively? Maybe locating the campaign in the cheapest country like Bangladesh or Ethiopia?

I am asking because I would need to test also 5x copy, 5x domain name, 5x landing page, 5x offer, 3x price. It would be just wasting money to test it all with high quality traffic, because I am expecting no sales untill its everything optimized.

For any test, you want to control as many aspects of the test as possible ... and then only change one thing; in this case, changing only the headline. Testing it with a different traffic source than you'll use later will yield unusable information. You'll want to use the targeted traffic for your test.

I know that the CTR will be different for cheap traffic, but I just need to separate the winners from the rest. Has somebody tried to test the same headlines with cheap traffic and with targeted traffic? Will the best 3 headlines remain the best 3 for targeted traffic also or is there any chance they will be the worst 3 for targeted traffic?

It seems that by cheap you mean untargeted traffic. So why target it in the first place? Best to have only targeted traffic.

Yes, if you go that way, untargeted traffic will have lower CTR, that's basically the definition right there. But there is more to it than that. Lower CTR will mean lower Quality Score which will drag down your position which means a relatively lower CTR.

You seem to want to test 10 headlines. First, it's not about testing just headlines. Second, you should not test ten of them at the same time. But if you still want to use your idea, you will need to separate the cheap from the targeted for each ad you are testing. I don't think that the cheap traffic is going to tell you anything that you can use for the targeted and vice versa.
