Maxbounty's "Save Pixel" Button Not Working?

I'm trying to setup a campaign with Prosper202 & Maxbounty but when I click the save pixel button on Maxbounty I just get a new blank page saying "Your callback URL has been saved".
At first I thought it was a browser plugin like Adblock interfering but I have disabled everything like that and still the same problem.
I'm quite new to PPC stuff and was thinking do I even need to use prosper202 for tracking. Is something like google analytics good enough?
