Does bot traffic always have high bounce rates?

In your experience does bought traffic always balance on the landing page, or can they get past initial lead capture pages using false sign-ups, in order to make them harder to detect?

    Most bots do have a 100% bounce rate.

    There are some bots that crawl your website pretending to be real users. The overwhelming majority do not maintain a session as they crawl from page to page, which results in 100% bounce rate as well.

    A very small number of bots might maintain a session as they crawl from page to page and those bots typically have a 0% bounce rate, though they are usually easy to detect because, even though they show multiple page views per visit, the session duration is typically no more the a couple of seconds. f you see visitors with 12 page views, but session length of 1-2 seconds that is a bot.
