Hello Warriors,

I am new in this business, created a squeeze page which offers a gift pdf. To direct traffic I have used 7search. However, I got only 2 subscriptions out of 100 clicks. Obviously, I am doing something wrong. Therefore, I thought experienced warriors can show me my mistakes.

You are breaking all the rules for a good landing page.

    1. Use normal fonts. Those fonts are too fancy and makes the page
    harder to read.

    2. Your optin box should be "above the fold" so you don't have to scroll
    down to see it.
    3. All you need is a headline, a couple strong TEASER bullet points and
    the optin box.

    4. This warning is scary "Never submit passwords through Google Forms"
just when they are entering their info.

    5. Using a free website says that you are broke! You lose credibility.

Fix those points and you should do a lot better.

OK I agree with the previous resp. KEEP IT SIMPLE. I believe once they opt in that's where you give them more detail. When you did your book or report whatever your offering did you research it for commonly asked questions or did you run with your ideas on what you thought was pertinent. A well thought out headline should have a couple of lines that gets their attention For opt in I would put for e mail and zip code only. Otherwise I thought it was a good page. Myself I'm a beginner also but learning from one of the best. By the way do you have a thank you page and follow ups. Remember were just not selling products were gaining trust and a reputation as well as another name for our lists and a potential future client,

    1) Use good-looking graphics. The picture on your landing page doesn't look good.
    2) As said above, a subscription box should be visible when a visitor enters your site. It may be a pop-up, then use some fade-out on the background.
    3) Don't use free domain for your company. Invest $12 and buy a normal domain name. It's worth it.
    4) Produce and insert a video into your landing page. A video explaining who you are and why the book might help may be very helpful.
    5) Testimonials. If your product is worth it, let others review it and leave feedback. Then include the feedback they left with links to their social accounts (it builds trust).

hey there these will things will definitely help:-

      1. Have your opt in box above the fold, this will yield a higher opt in rate and also have it again further down the page. If people can't see it, this is one reason for such a low opt in rate.
      2. like people have said a few service such as blogger ,weebly etc people will not give you the creditability you need. Use a platform like leadpages, optimise press etc!
      3. WEAK HOOK. also it makes no sense re read it and your see what I mean. Its general, you need to be ultra specific with your headline.
      4. The subscribe now button should say something different for higher conversions. You could put find out more or continue here, this way your arousing emotion and wanting for them to know more.
      5. Your "subscribe button now" is not even active or linked to an opt in screen-fix this!!
