    Hi DigJudo,

As long as you run the ads from a single AdWords account only one ad from your account will display per search query. You may be able to get away with just creating duplicate ads in each ad group each with a different final URL, assuming you have different landing pages for each maid, and set ad rotation setting to rotate equally.

You could also choose to split up your campaigns if that is what you wish to do. You can target locations down to the individual zip code level so each maid could have their own territory that you market for them individually, or you could rotate ads at different hours of the day, or different days of the week using day parting.

With ClickMagic and PrettyLink you can create a rotator link and spread the destination URLs proportionally. Every time the link is clicked the destination changes according to the rules you set up (you can give more weight to some URLs).

U can try ClickMagic. It's incredibly easy to use, has some great unique features such as retargeting pixels and a very easy way to set tier 1 targets for links which is extremely useful.
