    Hi sachin5120,

Yes, you can lower your average CPC while holding on to the same ad position.
    1. Optimize your account structure
Create small tightly focused ad groups that only contain keywords that are highly specific to user's search intent. This allows you to create ads that are more specific to user's search intent. You can lower your CPC by improving your account structure.

    2. Create more compelling ads
Craft ads that are compelling and highly specific to user's search intent. This is a competitive auction, you must have a better ad rank score to win out over your competition. Your ad rank score is the product of your max CPC bid multiplied by your Quality Score. Your Quality Score is based on your ads relative CTR. You can lower your CPC by improving your CTR.

    3. Optimize by Segment
Segment your data and analyze each segment, making adjustments to bid more on better performing segments and less on poor performing segments. You can lower your CPC by market segmentation and optimization of individual market segments.

Consider your websites's primary business objective and goals whenever making decisions. Be sure that your account structure, ad creatives, and optimization methods are all supporting your goals. Don't get myopically focused on a metric, like CPC, and neglect the primary business objective. Any CPC level is good if it is optimized for reaching your specific goals. Start with goals and focus on making adjustment that improve the progress toward your goals.

    Hi Sachin,

    A few suggestions would be-
    1. Create single keyword per adgroup structure.
    2. Look at adding as many negatives as possible
    3. Dont bid on very very generic keywords, try keeping to 2-3 words per keyword
    4. Look at your Search Query Report and always optimize it. Remove the irrelevant queries.
    5. Segment your data by network and see if search partners are performing? If not remove those.
    6. Look at going into Hourly bidding. Find out the most converting and non converting hours of the day and adjust bids accordingly.
    7. Look at days when you have higher volume of spends and no conversions and same for higher conversion days.

    Regards,
