Good Morning Everyone:

I am writing this post in an effort to get some help with a direction for marketing for my new product.

I am an instructional coach by profession, and this portion of my business focuses on helping teachers get results for students on through data-driven instruction strategies.

I have spoken to a consultant who has given me some good advice as far as who to target, and putting together a solid organic campaign. However, this will take several months before I know if the offer converts.

Past experience has shown me that paid advertising can be a better route when it comes to knowing conversions and streamlining my organic marketing campaign. However, it has been some time since I have taken on paid advertising, and I am not sure what, if any strategy would be the best to use for this.

So, I have two questions.

1. Should I start a paid campaign to test my site's conversion?
2. What resources should I tap into to help me get this process started?

Any direction or help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's always a good idea to start with Paid Conversions with a limited budget in order to collect some data. but your campaign must include all tracking methods and should be well executed. Make sure to include triggers and heatmaps.

I agree with the comments below. Tracking conversions in my opinion is the most important metric. You definitely want to be spending where it makes sense.
