To find the average CPC use Google Traffic Estimator.

To find if a .com exact match is available you just go to your preferred Registrar (for example GoDaddy) and check if it's available :)

First of all make sure that the results are [exact] and not broad.

If they are, I think you should go into the niche.

I usually take any keyword with at least 1000 exact...
