.....And in doing so you will be breaking the original adsense T&C's that you signed upto which say you cannot re-apply once banned. So basically in re-applying you are breaking the legal agreement...

you can do it cheap and dirty by setting up a blog in blogger (Owned by google), put up a post with a link to your site, and also add the site into the blogs navigation. This tends to get most pages...
