Sometimes I try to bill hourly $100+ an hour for maintenance work but when it comes to most of the clients I have fixed price. They seem to like it better as it helps them compute their marketing...

raising the fees and putting pressure on sellers using payment holdups was the best thing that ever happened for me. it put a lot of people down under allowing people who correctly monetize to draw...
