Google Plus Members Show In Search Results

I just came across results with what looked like bloggers faces next to the search results. Never seen this till today and I do not know these people, so its not like they are a google plus friend....

backlink to your website will get your site indexed in 24 to 48 hours or less... there really is no need for search engine submissions anymore. Actually I have found that submitting the domain...

step 2... make sure on page SEO is completed
step 3... backlink the website till it gets #1 position
