Sorry for your travails as well. I agree with what this poster said. If you can find any job so you can pay the bills, you can focus better on the IM strategies that take time to build.

common sense approach would be to use a press release if you have something actually newsworthy that might be of interest to anything beyond a search bot, as opposed to using just for seo purposes.
