FYI, if you keep resubmitting and getting rejected they'll end up just banning your account and then you're really screwed, so be cautious. I wouldn't resubmit will-nilly cuz it can bite ya.

get a US based VPN and dial into that so Google thinks you're in the US because of your IP. Use DooVpn.com for instance.

Absolutely, what does Apple know about business? They're complete failures, hardly anyone even knows about them, they must have it all wrong. They should instead take their advice here from people...

You should consider it a ten dollar learning experience in why to define a market FIRST and then build around that market's needs rather then the other way around.

Put your PDF on your server and put a link to it in the body of your email. You don't want to send it as an attachment anyway, although some autoresponders allow it.
