If it is not essential that you learn to do it yourself just get someone on fiverr to do it for you - much easier and cheaper than buying/learning after effects.

My first proper work computer was quite a bit later (and quite a lot cheaper) than that - a 486 25mhz but there was a button to 'turbo' it to the dizzying speeds of 50mhz. :)

You need to have enough in the same currency that you want to refund in.
On your main 'overview' account page where it gives your paypal balance you should see a link to the far right of that...
