Greg is absolutely right, plus there is no way to tell if you are 'about to be' deindexed. Google will either do it or not do it, but as long as you follow their guidelines there is nothing to worry...

Maybe you just don't rank high enough. Most Rank checkers only search the top 100 or so positions.
if you enter site:yourdomain.com into google search you can see if your site is indexed.
