You need to combine a number of synergies off-site. For example, get customer reviews on YouTube, expose them on social networks. Then place them in your squeeze page! Works like a charm.

I agree with the above views. Your job as an affiliate is to pre-sell or warm sell. You just need to warm them up to the idea of buying, which doesn't require a strong call to action.

It does depend on the merchant, and many will allow you to use their images - but it would be silly to risk your affiliate account. Ask for permission before you publish their pictures.
