I would definitely put it up on Clickbank. They have banners you can pay a monthly fee etc... so when Affiliates login to there account they will See it and click it and go to your Affiliates page....

It depends on the system they're using and the length of the cookie. Some systems code every referral as permanent, others don't. So you'll want to read the terms of that particular affiliate program...

Normally, this won't count for you but I advice you send them a mail and also get a friend to sign up on your affiliate link to see if it works as they claim.
