Too many niches too early on. Choose one niche and dominate it. Use your learned strategies to dominate other niches once you feel your niche is too easy or you get too comfortable.

Remove distractions and focus. Don't allow other new products/methods/services get in the way of your original path. Expand upon what you have built later after you have achieved your initial goals....

Don't buy anything until you have figured out a complete plan including niche, product and sales funnel.

Other wise you will end up spending $x,xxx on stuff you never use ;)
