    After taking a quick look through the source - that website doesn't appear to be using a CMS. Given it's for what looks to be a fairly high end real estate company in Barcelona, Spain, it would seem reasonable that they had their website professionally designed and built.

    I believe this is laravel. It has all the hallmarks of a laravel framework. May be just a good REST based web site.
