Is there a plugin that allows user to click on a button that will set my website as homepage in their browser?

      One of my client is having a search engine similar to https://duckduckgo.com/
      If you go to duckduckgo with different browsers you will notice that "set as homepage" changes instructions based on browser to browser. I am looking something similar. I am sorry I am not allowed to share link for the project as of now as it is still in development phase.
