How do I Set Up a LinkedIn Group?

I set up a LinkedIn Group but can't figure out how to get rid of the graphic of
the triangles, and display a group image instead. I filled out everything but
can't upload a 'Hero' image which apparently is required. The image is a
jpg 1191 x 1351 and 672 KB. How can I replace the default image of the
grey triangles with my new image?

    Inside your group go to:

    1. Click "manage" on the top group menu bar

    2. "Group Information" on the right side menu bar

    3. Click the choose file button under "Hero Image (646x200 or larger)"

    4. After you upload, make sure you check off the agreement under the image "* I acknowledge and agree that the logo/image I am uploading does not infringe upon any third party copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights or otherwise violate the User Agreement."

    5. Click save at the bottom and you should be good to go.
