I need help with RSS feed, will PAY

Ok here is my current situation....


I own a real estate website, I was given an RSS feed with 1200 listings that I would like to place on my website. The feed has many different fields. However it does not have a city / state field. Instead the title of the listings are the address..... Example: 123 main st dallas, tx


Does anyone know how to code it so that it seperates the city and state and place them accordingly on my website?


Also their are images with every single listing but there is no parent tag on them.... So they aren't loading correctly either... any information would help... Or I would gladly pay someone a little bit to just go in there and fix what I need fixed...

      If the RSS feed has a consistent format for the title field, you can write a simple filter script that extracts the city and state values from the title, adds two new labels for each item and rewrites the RSS xml file.
