want to make a torrent website

Hello Guys , any one have an idea about how to make a torrent website ,
i know that you must have a server & trackers , But my idea is To Get some RSS Feeds from some popular websites and put them on you website , look like yours but in fact ,just an RSS from other websites , if any one have an Idea about because i didn't know anythings about coding if someone can help or will be partner in this project ? or if any one have some script similar to this help me please .
