I need a form - advice

I need to put together a form with a lot of fields to fill out. Probably in three to four pages. Is this something that can be done on WordPress with a plugin? Or is it better to have it in an HTML pages? Somehow I need to get it tied in with Aweber so capture the name email data at least.

My experience with forms and scripts to handle them is very limited. It would also be nice if the script was commented on so I could take and edit it for later purposes if I c\wanted to change anything.

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this? Would this cost me very much to have done? I am very short of cash currently, and most of the time actually. But I have not recovered from Christmas and more expenses popped up to make things difficult. What would your best advice for me be on this project? I have the form laid out in a PDF, so copying it would maybe make it easier.

I am reading up on forms, and I don't see anything regarding a script to handle the form. It is all done in HTML as best as I can see. Is this correct that I don't need to worry about a script handler to get this to work? Last time I had this done, some years ago, I had a web page and a script to process the fo4rm and send me the data. But it doesn't get into my Aweber list, which I want to do.

PM me with details of what do you want to be built, if it's quite simple and you can wait few days I will make it for you, if more complex I will give you tips how to do it.
I don't fancy Wordpress, so I would recommend HTML + PHP, if you're looking for just WP solution, I can't help.

You do need a server side form processing script. You have to be very careful when choosing the person who will write this script for you. If the code for the server side script is not written correctly, it will result in serious security vulnerabilities.

Thanks Joe. Any chance you can assist me in finding someone to do this for a reasonable price?

I would have responded sooner, but I fell and spent four days in the hospital. This is crucial that I get this done.
