How to Use This Plugin in a WP Theme

I am planning to use this theme:

My question is, how can I use the following plugin of SKILL COUNTER in the homepage of the theme, below "FEATUREs" section?

The plugin is providing me CODE to be included but I can't figure out where to put that code so that it could make the SKILL COUNTER (plugin) visible on the homepage.
Any help would be really appreciated.
