ASP.net blog and wordpress

PROGRAMMING

Hello,
The company I work for has a site built in ASP.net. They do not have big website budget and it is outdated. I am working within the parameters of asp.net controls to help update the site, but asp.net is not something I know much about.

They want to be able to display some company updates and I would like to create a wordpress blog, I would of course have the blog linked from navigation.
But we have space at the bottom of the homepage that I would love to display the blog posts.

Now of course I could do this manually, update the blog and then go to the asp.net site and update the links and have then directed to the blog....I really would like the site to do it.

I have never really used feeds and I was wondering if their is way to have the blog feed to the asp.net site?

Any ideas. I know it sounds ridiculous.

Hi,

Yes this should be a simple task, you can grab the link for the RSS feed of posts coming the WordPress blog and then with a few lines of code, integrate the links into the feed into your ASP site. I don't have the ASP code to hand, but here is a PHP example, which you can base your solution on, or just google "ASP.net integrate WP RSS Feed"
