My WP site is Not getting crawled??

i have submitted new , unique info and articles and all of a sudden, no more crawls? i have no clue how to fix this and have searched all over for ansers.

i am still learning this and need an answer in explainable terms please.
if my site is not getting crawled, then what is the use of submitting new articles and info??

    Try to add a robots.txt file (google it up) to the main folder.
    If you already have one edit it and ensure you don't deny access to your files.

      according to google webmasters, this is what they say:
      You need a robots.txt file only if your site includes content that you don't want search engines to index. If you want search engines to index everything in your site, you don't need a robots.txt file (not even an empty one).

    I can't seem to find an "index, follow" meta tag, even though you are using the all-in-one seo plugin.

    I've never used the all-in-one seo plugin... since I prefer doing everything manually... so I don't know how how to work with it.

    However, If you know how to do this manually, add this to the header.php file (or other file name where the header code resides):

    <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />
