Wordpress Theme Help...

I am working on a blog and I need to know what code to edit For my Header my blog is here The MLM ExpressWay what I need to know is this. I want the header graphic to be where the Text Header is. If someone could look at the page code and see if they could tell me what code to edit that would be great... Because I can not find it...

      Do I do this through wordpress admin or do I have to do to the ftp file then upload it
      ? I have an HTML editor can I use that to edit php?

    via ftp and yes you can use your HTML Editor to edit .php file...

        OK So I fixed all of the Stuff on the home Page, but when I click on a post and go to that page the header pics are gone and the flash in my opt-in box are gone. So what folder do I update the Info. take a look and Let me know. the blog is The MLM EXPRESSWAY... then just click on either post and when that page loads the header graphics along with my opt-in box will be gone.
