Is android app development too saturated right now?

So far i found a afforable way to make continuous apps. I focusing on educational apps for kids. I only have 2 right now with admob integrated with them. The question is how do I accumulate the downloads I really need?
I heard the Apple market is better, but android is what I can afford for now.
Any tips or advice would be aopreciated.

My plan is to make as many apps that are helpful for kids to learn. I'm also thinking of creating apps that involve learning a different language.

I heard so many things that app development creates a great income, but I don't see to many stories it doesn't hurt to try I guess....

Thanks for reading and replying!!

When you advertise your app through admob (or through any others ad system), you should fistly focus on the disign of your ad. Peoples will not click on your ad if it's just a white Background with some text. Invest on a really good design and make a really good text that attract people's attention.

Don't forget to tell to your users to share the app and note it on App Store or Google Play Store.

To answer your question: No! Android app developement is not too saturate. Maybe in a few years but not now. Good luck
