Help! Can't manage my site fatal error message

Whenever I go to manage my site via wordpress (alphasuccessors.com) it gives me an Era. Can someone please advise me on what to do?

    Interestingly, I found a post on the wordpress.org support forums by someone who had the exact same error. His situation apparently resolved itself, but the first reply gives a good rundown of troubleshooting tips.
