FTP Issue with Godaddy

Hi guys,

I am facing this issue.

I have created an FTP account for my Godaddy hosting, and when I am connecting using the login details, it is CONNECTING but I can not see my site files and folders.

Please help.

    Hi ahsonwp,
    When creating the account, you should specify which folder this user will have access to. By default, a new folder in the name of the ftp user gets created. I think you are viewing this folder after logging in.
