Need help with opening file after upgrading Windows
I have upgraded my PC from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. But after upgrading i cannot open one very important DBF file which was on my flash drive.
Getting a message saying 'Cannot open file because the format is not valid.'
Can anyone help me find the root cause of the issue.
