I am a beginner
I will start studying Computer Science at the University a week later

I want to advise you how to create this specialty
How do I start?
What sites serve me in my specialty?
I want to learn programming and profit from the internet and everything in this specialty.

    If you're studying Computer Science you probably have your syllabus already. Maybe you can check what you're actually going to study and what different languages in programming you're going to work on so you can find what you're supposed to focus on.

    A favorite of mine that provides very basic programming of different languages would be Codecademy. Of course progressing to more advance lessons does cost a fee.

    What do you already know about programming? What do you think you'll be focusing on in programming that you're going to specialize in? If you narrow down your choices or be more specific with what you're aiming for, you'll get better answers and you'll find it easier to find resources for it.
