Which reliable & practical GEO IP address Solution, do you recommend for Posting Nationwide?
I'm able to use DSL modem for quickly changing local IPs, however I need a practical IP solution for nationwide posting.
Do you recommend using a Dial-Up ISP to post nationally using geo targeted access numbers?
I primarily want to target certain locations/cities in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey etc.
