What are some solutions for SAAS billing that integrate with email marketing systems?

I'm getting ready to offer a SAAS product and planned to use WHMCS to handle billing and activation/deactivation of the user accounts. The issue now is I would like anyone signing up for the service to also be added to my aweber email list. This whole process seems to be really complicated and I was wondering if there is a solution for SAAS that handles billing, account activation/deactivation, trial periods, and would also integrate with email marketing systems.

      At this point I'm trying to decide:

      1. Custom code whmcs to communicate with web app for activating/deactivating, communicating with email system...

      2. Find a system that handles all of this already.

      It seems it is possible with whmcs but I would have several different system (whmcs, zapier, autoresponder, web app, payment gateway). All these systems would need to talk to each other and it seems like a lot could go wrong. After researching SAAS billing I was having a hard time finding one complete system that handles all of this without a lot of custom coding. Do you know of any?
