idevdirect affilate software intergration

Im looking at making a new affilaite site for my dating sites and have decided to use idevdirect.com/
Im not a tech person , so Im just trying to get a few ideas from any guys here how long it would usually intergrate this into your site ? Im just looking for a ball park idea, I have custom shopping cart so it would be a custom intergration.
I have been told by I dev its just a few hour job.
Im also creating a custom page for the affiliate site.
Just looking for a few suggestions how long the job will take.. Of course Im a British penny pincher so dont want to pay me developer more than it should cost
