Emails based upon questionnaire answer
Can someone give me advice on how best (and cheapest) to do the following :-
I own a restaurant and am installing a social wifi system.
When someone logs onto the wifi system their email is captured.
After a set time period I wish to send them a questionnaire asking them questions about service, food quality etc, with an overall rating.
When they complete the survey I then want to schedule an email based upon their overall rating.
So for example if rating is 1 through 5 (5 being excellent)..... if they answer 1 or 2, I want to send them an email inviting them to contact me to discuss the problem, if they answer 3 send them a thank you email thanking them, if they answer 4 or 5 sned email directing them to our TripAdvisor page to enter their review there.
