Hi,please I am interested in building a software from scratch, and I am thinking may be I should hire freelancer programmer or a company to do the project.
Please any advice to make a good decision.

    Where you go to hire largely depends on the size and nature of the project. If it is something as simple as a wordpress plugin, You can try fiverr or upwork. If it is more involved, there are a few different websites where you can find some hard core programmers. Alot of it has to do with the programming language you are looking for, and the complexity of the project. Be sure, whichever freelancer you hire, to have the expected end results clearly defined. There must be s clear end point for both you and the programmer so you both know when the job is done!

    All depends upon the size and nature of your project. Size and budget are the most decisive factors i think. Check if you need large team or small team would be enough. If it not small enough to be easily handled by only one or team of freelancers, then you better go to well-reputed company.

    if you need a freelancer you can choose them in any freelancing site. but If you like to do programming, please first select a language, you can use JAVA for normal system development I highly recommend you that with experience. If you like to start programming and like to learn programming concepts its good to use python, because it is very easy to understand.

    That really depends on your needs. However, from my personal experience, it's not always cost-efficient to hire a freelancer. With such a number of freelancers on the Web today, finding a good one is a challenging task.
    I'd personally recommend considering a dedicated team of developers or an outsourcing company, as they seem to have a higher level of credibility.
