PC Hardware Reviews and Discussion website... Use Joomla or Drupal?

I am looking to start a PC Hardware reviews website just like tomsguide.com which will mainly have reviews of various Computer related products and also softwares in which I will embed the affiliate links. For this I will need a blogs section but want the website to be feature rich just like tomsguide.com or gamespot.com
I also want a forums section on the website.

I don't want to pay for Addons/Plugins and wants them to be free. Out of Drupal or Joomla which offers free Addons/Plugins to make a website as per requirements described above. Also name the Plugins/Addonds which will be required to install to make such website.

    You are asking how to duplicate two sites that have been online for MANY years - and you want to do it for free. Got ten years or so to work on it?

    Would you like us to build it for you too? for free no less... Come on now.. You might as well scrap that project idea because if you cant do the research on how to build the site.. then how are you going to be able to do the research for all of that content?

Also looking for blog & forum Addon/Plugin for Drupal or Joomla. So I can make somewhat similar websites to those 2 websites mentioned above.
